Interior remodel of single-family residence located at 2023 n wolcott avenue, chicago, il. Work to be limited to the interior of the building only. No work to be performed to the exterior except for minor repair and or replacement of sealants, paint, etc. Proposed work will include the following as further described and shown within the drawings attached:replacement of existing kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances and plumbing fixtures (no change to plumbing fixture count and electric loads). Reconfigeration of master bath & walk-in closet, including replacement of bathroom fixtures and tile. Addition of closet in front second floor bedroom. Addition of partition wall to enclose second floor loft. Addition of front entry coat closet. Relocation of basement laundry room to second floor. Refinishing of first & second floor hardwood flooring. Note: no change to existing plumbing fixture count and electric loads. Owner will be project general contractor.
