Tear off the existing roof down to the wood deck. Replace any bad plywood. 3. Mechanically fasten inch densdeck to the wood deck. 4. Mechanically fasten a 45 mil tpo roof membrane over the densdeck. This membrane will be a white membrane. 5. Install all the proper base flashings around all pipes and other penetrations as per the manufacturers recommendations. 6. Flash in all the drains as per the manufacturers recommendations. 7. Install cast iron drain clamps on the drains. 8. Install walk pad. 9. Leave job site neat and clean. Champion heating and air will lift units and move them so that we can perform the work and then reconnect them. It can be coordinated with brandon 801-243-0182
