Approval to: enclose an existing 66 square foot open porch located at the northwest corner of the house. Replace three windows, two in the kitchen (west elevation) and another in the half bath (east elevation). One of the west elevation windows will be closed off on the inside of the house, but on the outside of the house the window will maintain all of its architectural components. Install a new window and a new door in the enclosed porch (north elevation). Windows will be double hung to match the existing. Install a new cement pad outside the enclosed porch. Approval to use the following materials: wood horizontal lap siding for the new exterior walls. Aluminum clad for the proposed new window and the windows to be replaced. New door will be transom light.
