Repair northeast chimney above the roofline. The repairs will consist of: scaffolding adjacent to the chimney on the north side of the chimney adjacent to the chimney for safe working access to the roof top. Erect roof top scaffolding. Remove the damaged stucco from the top of the chimney. The deteriorated bricks will be removed from the substrate. The chimney will then be rebuilt with new mortar and replacement bricks where necessary. The chimney will be re-stuccoed to match the colored stucco to the original. The chimney will not have the historic pebble dashed finished, due to the difficult nature of obtaining the original aggregate. The chimney will be rebuilt in-kind, outside of the pebble dashed finish. One terra cotta flue will be installed. Once the stucco has cured, 2-3 spark arrester will be anchored to each flue chase. Install a 1. 5 inch overhang concrete crown with a counter drip edge underneath, a sloped top, a terra cotta flue tile extending through the crown for each flu
